From catching the daily drop to driving your new car off the Baltimore lot — here's exactly how the auction works.
Step 01
New auctions go live every day at 12 PM ET and run for exactly 72 hours. Add cars to your watchlist to get an instant ping when they drop. All vehicles are sold AS-IS with no warranty — we do a basic lot check (starts, moves forward/reverse, no major fluid leaks) and in-person inspections are welcome by appointment at the Baltimore lot.
Step 02
Place a max bid — our auto-bidder only raises your bid by the minimum increment when you're outbid. A one-time $200 refundable deposit unlocks bidding on every auction. Any bid in the final 2 minutes extends the auction by 2 more minutes (anti-sniping).
Step 03
Winning bidder pays remaining balance within 24 hours (deposit applied). Then schedule pickup online within 3 business days — drive your car home from the Baltimore lot. Lost the auction? Deposit refunded automatically within 2 hours.
